Customer:Hi! Good morning, Lisa.
Logistics assistant:Oh hi, Samuel! How are you?
Customer:Good, good, good. Thanks. Well actually, I want to ship some notebook computers to Cebu urgently. They’re packed already.
Logistics assistant:I see. Let me check. When do you want to ship them? Do you mean from Hong Kong?
Customer:Yes, yes, yes, um, as soon as possible, please. When is the next flight anyway?
Logistics assistant:Just a moment. Well, actually it departs on Wednesday evening. Please hold on a second. There's still some space.
Customer:It sounds good. Thanks.
Logistics assistant:Oh, by the way, are there batteries in the computers?
