Travel agent:May I know how many group ticket seats to Singapore we get this year between 15th December and 5th January?
Airline accounts executive:The allocation is 30 per day, if you settle the deposit within 3 days.
Travel agent:But 30 is definitely not enough for this period! It's the peak season! Why is it lower than last year?
Airline accounts executive:I’m sorry, but it was announced last week after our periodic review. Why don’t you consider fulfilling higher sales quota of the normal and special fare tickets during this period instead?
Travel agent:Unfortunately, we didn't expect the sudden decrease of your allocation and we've already rolled out the advertisements which promote our Christmas and New Year packages. Could you please reconsider the group ticket seat allocation?
Airline accounts executive:Seeing that you’ve been our agent for over 10 years already, let me check... How about we give you 10 more if your company can fulfil slightly higher sales of special and normal fare tickets during these 2 months? Let's say 2%?
Travel agent:I'm not sure at this stage, but we’ll try.
Airline accounts executive:Um… I'm afraid I can’t just re-adjust senior management’s allocation of tickets without any justification. Perhaps your company could...

航空公司業務經理:很抱歉,但這是在上周的定期檢討後宣佈的。要不你會否考慮在此期間銷售更多標準和特別推廣票價的機票,以達到更高的季度銷售額?
旅行社代理:不幸的是,沒料過你們的配額會突然減少,我們已在宣傳聖誕節和新年的旅行團了。請問你們能重新考慮我們的團體機票配額嗎?
航空公司業務經理:考慮到你是我們的代理超過10年,讓我再看看……這樣吧,若你的公司在這兩個月內達到更高的銷售額,稍微再多賣一些特別和標準票價的機票,假設2%,我們給你增加10個配額。
旅行社代理:現階段我也不能確定,但我們會嘗試的。
