Guest:My pillow’s too soft. Can I have a harder one?
Hotel attendant:Sorry, sir, but we only have soft pillows.
Guest:That means you don't have a harder one?
Hotel attendant:I'm sorry. We don't.
Guest:Oh, no! I can’t sleep with a soft pillow.
Hotel attendant:I'm so sorry. But can I give you an extra pillow?
Guest:No way! That won't help. I said I need a harder one.
Hotel attendant:I'm very sorry. I'll call the manager. One moment, please. Ms Wong, this is Jenny. Can you come to Room 505 now, please?
Guest:Is she coming now?
Hotel attendant:Yes, she's coming up right now.

客人:她現在過來嗎?
酒店服務員:是的,她正在過來。
