Customer:Hello. Palace Restaurant. May I help you?
Courier:Hi! This is Shun Hung Logistics. You’ve ordered 5 televisions from Forest Electronics.
Customer:Oh, yes.
Courier:I’m on Queen Street. Could you tell me how to get to your restaurant?
Customer:Can you see a bank on Queen Street?
Courier:Um, yes. I'm in front of it now.
Customer:That's good. Walk along Queen Street for 2 minutes. Then walk past the hospital and you'll see a bus stop on your left. Our restaurant is just inside the mall next to the bus stop.
Courier:Okay.
Customer:Should I pick you up at the bus stop?
Courier:Sure. Thanks.

員工：你好，這兒是Palace餐廳。請問有甚麼可以幫你?
客人：你好，我是Shun Hung物流的員工。你在Forest電器訂了5部電視。
員工：噢，是的。
客人：我在皇后街。可否告訴我怎樣前往你的餐廳？
員工：你看見皇后街有間銀行嗎？
客人：對，我就在它前面。
員工：非常好。沿皇后街步行2分鐘，再經過醫院，你會看到左邊有一個巴士站。我們的餐廳就在巴士站旁邊的購物中心內。
客人：好的。
員工：我需要在巴士站接你嗎？
客人：好的，謝謝。
