Client:Good afternoon. Bluebird Restaurant, David Morrison speaking. What can I do for you?
Customer service agent:Good afternoon, Mr Morrison. This is Susan Lee calling from PowerLink Logistics. We're going to send you 3 parcels from the Little London Cake Shop. May I confirm your restaurant address?
Client:Okay.
Customer service agent:So your restaurant is on the 1st Floor of the Langham Place, right?
Client:Um, no, it should be the 3rd Floor. Please ask your courier to take the escalator to the 3rd Floor. Our restaurant’s just opposite the Food Court.
Customer service agent:Got that. Thank you very much. Our courier will arrive in 30 minutes.
Client:That's good. Thanks.
