Customer:Hi. This is Ion Sanders. I've received your quotation.
Sales representative:Hi, Ion. What do you think about it?
Customer:I think it's too expensive. You quoted me $200 for one T-shirt!
Sales representative:Well, the T-shirts you picked are made of organic cotton. That's why they're more expensive.
Customer:Whoa, organic cotton’s certainly great but it's way over our budget. Could you give me a discount?
Sales representative:Discounts? Um…perhaps you could tell me how much of a discount you're looking for.
Customer:It'd be great if you could give me a 20% discount.
Sales representative:20%? I'm afraid we can't give that much of a discount if you are only ordering 1,000 dozen T-shirts.
Customer:What if I order more from you?
Sales representative:Do you mind telling me your order amount?
Customer:No problem. I'd say 2,000 dozen. Is that order big enough to get a 20% discount?
