Introduction：
The Rugby English Active Learning (REAL) programme by the Hong Kong Rugby Union Community Foundation Limited provided an authentic English language use opportunity to students through regular sport participation. An English booklet with illustrated stories was produced to develop students' interest in reading stories and information texts on sports.
