In-service primary and secondary school Chinese Language teachers are encouraged, through the provision of study grant, to take structured part-time Postgraduate Certificate/Diploma and/or Master's Degree programme for enhancing their pedagogical knowledge and skills in teaching Chinese to non-Chinese speaking (NCS) students.  The pilot run of the Scheme will be terminated with effect from the 2023/24 school year.  Eligible teachers can apply for the grant in the 2022/23 school year upon admission to the recognised programmes of the Scheme that will commence in September 2022.
