Collaborating with six kindergartens and primary schools with higher admission of NCS children, workshops and cultural visits will be organised for the NCS children in every school year to help them recognise Chinese characters and vocabulary. Upon request, Chinese language learning groups and/or cultural visits will also be organised for students from seven mainstream primary schools in every school year to enhance the students' ability of recognising Chinese characters and vocabulary, as well as their understanding of their community.  It is estimated that the two-year programme will benefit a maximum of 482 NCS children aged from 3 to 12.
