Introduction
The Biliteracy and Trilingualism Campaign (the Campaign) is launched by the Standing Committee on Language Education and Research (SCOLAR) in December 2023. SCOLAR’s programme partners will organise a series of activities targeting not only students of kindergartens, primary schools, and secondary schools, but also those in tertiary institutions as well as other members of the community during the Campaign period from December 2023 to May 2024.
