The vision of SCOLAR is to enable the people of Hong Kong, in particular, students and the workforce, to be bi-literate and tri-lingual. To realise the above vision, among various programmes, SCOLAR implements the Sponsorship Projects, which aim at engaging community partners in organising language-related events or competition-based projects in the community for promoting biliteracy (Chinese and English languages) and trilingualism (Cantonese, Putonghua and spoken English).
“Sponsorship Projects 2023/24” is now open for application. Interested organisations shall submit applications to the SCOLAR Secretariat by 12:00 noon on 3 February, 2023. For details, please refer to the below documents:

Briefing Session

Submission of Application
