Customer:Morning, Daniela. This is Cyrus from H&W. I'm wondering if my order is ready now.
Salesperson:Hi, Cyrus. Let me check it for you right now. Yes, it will be ready on Tuesday.
Customer:This coming Tuesday? That's a week from now. It should have arrived at our warehouse before last Monday!
Salesperson:I'm really sorry, but the payment was late. That's why we couldn't start earlier.
Customer:Yes, I know, but I didn't expect it to take this long. You know we can't afford to wait anymore.

Customer:Is it possible to have it ready by this Friday?
Salesperson:Um… do you mean 22nd March? That's quite a rush. I’ll check right away with our manufacturer. Can I get back to you in half an hour?
