Salesperson:I'm not sure if a discount of 20% is workable for us. Our profit margin is quite low already. We're not making a lot of money out of this product. You know, everything is so expensive now. We’re paying a high price for raw materials. Our costs have increased by 20% in the last quarter, and this is really affecting our business.
Customer:So, you won't be able to give us a 20% discount because of your low profit margin and high raw material costs.
Salesperson:Yes, but if you buy more from us, say, about 20% more than the initial number, we can give you a 10% discount.
Customer:20% more is 5,000 units and we can get a 10% discount. Okay, thanks.
