Salesperson:Good morning, Cyrus. This is Daniela, from Forever Garments.
Customer:Hi, Daniela. How can I help you?
Salesperson:Yes, I'm calling about your payment for the order Y275. It was due last Friday, but we haven't received it yet.
Customer:Oh! Yes, I almost forgot. Our accountant’s on a business trip and won't be back until next Monday. Can we pay as soon as she's back?
Salesperson:I am sorry, but this is your first order. We can’t process it until the payment is settled.
Customer:Well, you know time is our biggest concern. Could you just start processing first? We'll definitely settle the payment as soon as we can.
Salesperson:I understand your concerns Cyrus, but we really can’t do anything until we receive your payment. I hope you understand that.
Customer:Okay, I'll work this out and get back to you later.
