Supplier:Hi, Amy. How can I help you?
Buyer:There seems to be some problem with your latest consignment, order number 2415.
Supplier:Oh dear! What's the problem exactly?
Buyer:Well, you know, I ordered 2,000 polo shirts last week. But unfortunately,50 aren't in the right colour. They’re stonewash blue, instead of navy blue.
Supplier:Oh! I'm very sorry about that.
Buyer:Um, do you think you could send us a replacement as soon as possible, say, by Thursday?
Supplier:Let me see. Yes, sure. I’ll ask the Delivery Department to deal with it right away. You should be able to have them first thing on Thursday morning.
Buyer:That’s excellent. Well, thanks for sorting that out, Jan.
Supplier:You're welcome. Again, I'm really sorry about the mix-up, Amy.
Buyer:It's alright. It happens sometimes. Thanks anyway. Talk to you later.
