Caller:Actually, could I leave a message, please?
Telephone receptionist:Of course.
Caller:This is Michael Wong from the Import Division. I'd like to set up a meeting with Mr Smith, perhaps sometime at the beginning of next week. Please ask him to give me a ring at extension 323.
Telephone receptionist:Let me repeat that. You are Michael Wong from the Import Division. You would like to set up a meeting with Mr Smith, sometime at the beginning of next week and your extension number is 323.
Caller:Yes, thank you.
Telephone receptionist:I’ll give Mr Smith the message and ask him to call you.
