Nurse:Good afternoon. Dr Tong’s Clinic, this is Yvonne speaking. How can I help you?Patient:Hi! Good afternoon. Can I ask about your opening hours?
Nurse:Yes, sure. We open at 9 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. on weekdays, and 7 p.m. on weekends.
Patient:Oh, I see. Thank you. Could you put me through to Dr Tong please?
Nurse:I am sorry, I can’t. Dr Tong’s talking on the phone right now. Would you prefer to leave him a message or call him back after 10 minutes?
Patient:I see. I've got some questions about some drugs, so I’d better call again later. Thank you very much.
護士:午安。唐醫生診所。我是Yvonne。請問有甚麼可以幫你?
病人:嗨!午安。我可以問一下你們的營業時間嗎?
護士:當然可以。我們在上午9時開放,平日晚上8時及周末晚上7時關門。
病人:噢,明白。謝謝。請問你可以幫忙把電話轉給唐醫生接聽嗎?
護士:不好意思,唐醫生正在與其他人通話。請問你想留口訊,還是10分鐘後再打電話給他?
